Pigeon Man and the shadow casting Mime..
Not much currently known about these characters except that the Mime is seen near the end alongside The Monarch (the gentleman with the wicked eyes) as well as fighting against Ladybug and blowing the top off the Louvre, so it's apparent he works for him in some manner.
Pigeon Man is seen nonchalantly flying around Paris on his flock, and in one battle against Chat Noir. He could be another henchman, or he could be a rogue nut who can control pigeons. More likely the former.
What are your opinions on these two characters, and what kind of back stories do you think they have? What do you think their motives are for joining up with The Monarch?

They seem very unique. The pigeon man looks like he's very low on the threat list since he's animated all silly-like. But their take on a mime villain and a birdmaster villain seem very fresh. I love how the mime's tools and weapons are invisible but cast a shadow.

I've already accepted Pidgeon Master as our overlord.
He's obviously the Big Bad. Papillon has nothing on Pidgeon Master's ability to spawn avian minions for his army of flying vermin.
I'm very, very excited to learn more about the Mime; even if he turns out to be a complete douchebag I'll probably still fangirl over him.

I assume Pigeon Man to be just an annoyance more than anything.
Also a complete dork.
And maybe brought up by pigeons, that seems like a pretty legit villain.

We haven't seen what the Monarch is capable of though, aside from picking very unique henchman, creating blazing pillars of multicolored light, and pulling off a very intimidating boss face.
Pigeon man could be a rogue character. Doesn't work for anyone but does like to go out and cause chaos. I like the "brought up by pigeons" thing. Would make him very interesting..

Pigeon Man strikes me as the type that kind of tries to do bad things, or does small crimes while pretending he's some big criminal, when he's actually kind of a sweetie at heart and not much threat. I could see him being the "good villain" kind of trope.

If he becomes a hero or if he gets a transformation sequence he will instantly be my favorite.

Magical man transformation sequence?
Well it's possible. Marinette and Felix might not be the only ones with spirit jewelry.

I wouldn't take the Pigeon Man so lightly. Pigeons are everywhere after all, but if he is one of the bad ones that might go to good he would end up destroyed. As a theory.
By the way did anyone else notice Chat Noir and Pigeon Man fought (it looked like) during daylight? Most of the battle scenes were during night.

Pigeons are his worldwide spies, obviously. Every time you feed one a breadcrumb, you are helping a madman with his world domination scheme, the one people never consider because "Pigeons? Really? What kind of power is that?"
Huh, you're right. I was tossing around the idea that Chat Noir wasn't quite for or against the Big Bad, and just kind of did his own thing (because, y'know, cat). But clearly I haven't memorized the PV well enough yet. I get the feeling Pigeon Man's the only one who suits up during the day when it isn't an emergency, and then it's him causing the emergencies. Or maybe he just never powers down.

I will never see pigeons the same way.
But in the very last part he's discussing something with LadyBug so if he's ashow you say he might join up with her?
